You will work in our workshop in Oud-Beijerland, where we build trailers and units for medical care. These mini hospitals house an MRI or PET/CT scanner, for example. This means that patients can be treated properly and quickly. You'll work in a small welding department with 4 other colleagues. Together you're responsible for preparing, welding and finishing constructions for our units. At the end of the day you'll be satisfied with a job well done.

• You manage the department, you coach your colleagues and check their work, and you also have time to do some welding yourself.
• You and your colleagues read our construction drawings and understand the structure you need to make. Based on the drawings, you join and weld the construction (MIG/MAG).
• If there's a problem further along in the workshop, you make sure the item is welded, repaired or assembled. You don't make a fuss about that. One team, one task!

As senior welder/team leader you’re a highly skilled welder. You understand better than anyone that your work demands craftsmanship and precision. What's more:

• You have completed training as construction worker, welder or similar and have at least 3 years practical experience (mandatory).
• You have relevant secondary vocational education or experience.
• Leading and motivating others comes naturally to you, and you also have experience in managing projects.
• Are you used to working with different materials?
• Drilling, grinding, setting and assembling? Naturally, you're good at all that.
• Technical drawings? You're familiar with these and know how to use them.

• You speak good Dutch and you can communicate easily in English too.
