STEP 2: FIRST INTERVIEW
If your CV matches what we’re looking for, we’ll invite you for an initial interview. The first part of the meeting will just be a conversation, so we can get to know you better. During the second part we will show you round our production facility.
STEP 3: TRAINEE DAY
If you’re just as excited as we are after the first meeting, then we’ll invite you to a trainee day – a morning or afternoon. This will give you a good idea of where you will work and you’ll get to know our company better. As far as we're concerned, that’s a win-win!
STEP 4: OFFER AND TERMS & CONDITIONS MEETING
If we’re all enthusiastic then we’ll be happy to welcome you as a new colleague. We will phone you to tell you about our offer.
WHO ARE WE?
Established more than 250 years ago, Smit Mobile Equipment is a leading global supplier of mobile and relocatable solutions for the international medical sector. With our team of about 50 skilled colleagues, we build various types of trailers for housing medical equipment, such as MRI and CT scanners, for use in medical examinations. The trailers we build in Oud-Beijerland, just south of Rotterdam, are used all over the world. Will you help us build?
